Plan

We are generating a 100 LapH eigenvector matrices (mtile) for all the 8 ensembles we have:

300 MeV

  • $16^3\times 32$: all 149 thermalized, done, on colonial at /home/aalexan/scratch/mtilde/mtilde_300mev
  • $24^3\times 48$: all 300 thermalized, done, on colonial at ...
  • $30\times 24^2\times 48$: all 300 thermalized, in progress, on gwu-qcd cluster at ...
  • $48\times 24^2\times 48$: all 300 thermalized, in progress, on cray at ...

220 MeV

These configs are not thermalized. We will skip the first 200 configs (1000 trajectories) and analyze every other config (basically separated by 10 trajectories): 201, 203,...1000

  • $16^3\times 32$: all 214 thermalized, almost done, on colonial at /home/aalexan/scratch/mtilde/mtilde_220mev
  • $24^3\times 64$: Dehua will schedule this on colonial one
  • $28\times 24^2\times 64$: to be added
  • $32\times 24^2\times 64$: to be added
